(To readers:  Any ideas about where I need to further develop and explain this perspective?  Where is it unclear or vague?) This is a paper I presented at the societal conference last year which is sponsored by the New England Seminar on Bowen Theory. The conference has evolved into a think tank where people are invited to present on a variety of topics relative to the emotional process and societal regression. This paper was written for.
